What is it?
The OnPlan Summary report shows a summary of payment plans that have been created as well as outstanding payment plan offers.
Users also have the option to get more details on the plan terms and the status of the plan, broken down by patient and guarantor.
How to run the OnPlan Summary report
1. Log into the Staff Experience.
2. Hover over the Actions menu.
3. Click Reports.
4. Select the OnPlan Summary report.
5. Select your filters.
6. Click Submit.
Report filters
This report contains the following filters:
1. Minimum/Maximum Balance (range for the remaining balance the guarantor owes on the plan)
Note: If the Min Balance field is left blank, it will pick up accounts with $0 balances if the "Completed" Payment Plan status is selected below)
2. Payment Plan Type (Provider based vs. Payzen based plan)
3. Payment Plan Status (Current status of the plan)
What does the report show you?
The report will show you a high level count of payment plans vs payment plan offers, along with total dollar amount, average length of the plan/offer, average payments remaining, and average installment amount.
Tip: Click the Details link to get a breakdown of these numbers at the guarantor level!
