What is it?
The CSR Plan Activation Details report shows the breakdown by CSR the number of payment plans they activated, including the average installment amount and average number of installments.
How to run the CSR Plan Activation Details report:
1. Log into the Staff Experience.
2. Hover over the Actions menu.
3. Click Reports.
4. Select the CSR Plan Activation Details report.
5. Select your filters.
6. Click Submit.
