Flywire will automatically lock Staff Experience users out of their accounts after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. If a user becomes locked out, they will be unable to log back into the application for 24 hours. After 24 hours they will be able to log in again.
If you are having issues logging in try the following:
- Your user name is spelled correctly (this is the email address with your organization)
- Make sure Caps Lock is not activated on your keyboard
- Reset your password
