Patient Home (the entire patent account screen)
Shows when you are working in a patient’s context (for example, after you have opened an account). Use it to return to that patient’s main account view without running a new search.
Guarantor Actions (dropdown menu)
Appears when you are viewing an account. on the upper-right hand side. This menu pulls together shortcuts for the guarantor you have open, such as plan history, editing payment methods, sending statements or access codes, reminders (if enabled), adjusting statement timing when your role allows, editing or creating the online profile, viewing account detail, and other account-level tasks your organization turns on.
Organization Logo (top left)
For staff, the logo returns you to the Staff search home so you can start a new lookup without using the browser Back button.
Guarantor name and account number (below the organization logo)
Shows who you’re helping and the guarantor account number. For staff, the account number may open additional guarantor/financial details in a dialog when your role allows—this is useful for verification.
Balance and primary buttons (below the guarantor name and account number)
Shows the total balance and a set of primary actions (for example Make a Payment, Set Up Payment Plan, and Manage Payment Plan). These change based on balance, plans, and rules.
