The Qualification Stats report shows patient accounts that qualified, or did not qualify, for payment plan offers by date. It helps teams understand offer eligibility volume and the dollar amounts associated with qualified and non-qualified accounts.
Use cases: Measuring offer eligibility, reviewing qualification trends, analyzing billed amounts, and supporting payment plan strategy.
About the date range: The Qualification Stats report's date range filters on when the bill was created (loaded) in Flywire — not the date the payment plan offer was generated or the date the patient viewed anything.
In plain terms: if you run the report for May 1-May 31, it looks at all bills that came into the system during May 1 through the end of May 31, and then reports whether each of those bills qualified for a payment plan offer or not.
What falls within those dates (grouped by day, week, or month, based on your selection):
- Qualified — bills created in the date range that generated a payment plan offer.
- Not Qualified — bills created in the date range that did not generate an offer.
- Total billed — the combined amount and count of qualified plus not-qualified bills created in that range.
So the report is really answering: "Of everything billed during this period, how much (and how many bills) qualified for a payment plan offer versus did not?"
The date range reflects when bills were loaded into Flywire. Results show all bills billed during that period, broken down by those that qualified for a payment plan offer and those that did not, along with the associated dollar amounts. You can run the report by day, week, or month.
How to run the report
1. Log into the Staff Experience.
2. Hover over the Actions menu.
3. Click Reports.
4. Select the Qualification Stats report.
5. Select your filters.
6. Click Submit.
