Staff Experience users can search for patients in three different ways:
- Account Number
- Name (first and/or last, Flywire allows partial match)
- Email Address
To search for a patient:
1. Log into the Staff Experience
2. Go to the Patient Search tab
3. In the Basic Filters section, search using one of the three criteria listed above.
Note: If you are choosing to search by patient name or account number, leave the Email Address search field blank.
4. Optional: Use the Additional Filters fields to narrow down your search results.
5. Click Search
6. You will then be taken to the Patient Search Results screen. Click Select by the patient you are looking for. This will load their account page.
