Staff Experience users can look up patients using a variety of filters. The basic filters are:
- Account #
- First Name (Allows partial match)
- Last Name (Allows partial match)
Users can also expand the Additional Info menu to search by other fields to narrow down their search:
- Day of Birth (Dropdown)
- Month of Birth (Dropdown)
- Year of Birth (Dropdown)
- Payment Plan Status (Dropdown)
- City (Free text)
- Zip Code (Free text)
- State (Dropdown)
Take note that these additional fields can only be used if at least one basic filter is indicated above.
There is also an option to search by Email Only (free text) using the patient's email address. Take note that this search function cannot be combined with the above search fields.
